For OEM/ODM custom orders: Since products are tailor-made to your exact specifications, we strongly recommend a pre-shipment inspection. Once the goods are inspected and approved, they will be shipped.

We guarantee that our products will strictly match the approved sample and technical specifications. If there are any quality issues caused by our production process, we will take full responsibility to repair, replace, or compensate. However, please note that we do not accept returns for issues arising from the end-consumer's misuse, or for differences in color due to monitor displays. A Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit in advance to begin production, and 70% balance payment before shipment or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For long-term, high-volume partners, we can discuss more flexible payment options like L/C.
